The relationship established between Rob, my husband and me was extremely valuable. We always knew (and still know) that we could get in touch with him about anything and he would respond almost immediately. We quickly developed a trust in Rob because of his ability to communicate with us as well as his obvious talent in his field. … And of course the quality of the workmanship is phenomenal. Rob and his workers are just about the best we could have imagined. Not only were they a pleasure to have around (and around they certainly were for a long time!!) but their abilities to construct and trim and solve problems were outstanding.
